How long does a build take?
Live on your domain in 72 hours from clock-start, or the build is free. Clock-start means the moment your deposit clears AND you've sent us your brief, logo, copy notes, and the photos you want included, whichever happens last. The clock pauses any time we're waiting on you for more than 24 hours. The 72-hour promise covers a real launch on your real domain, with Google Business Profile linked, analytics firing, and the WhatsApp button working. A holding page that we go back and finish later does not count.
What does 'free if late' actually cost me if you do miss?
Nothing. If your site is not live on your domain in 72 hours from clock-start, you keep your deposit and we keep building until launch at no further cost. We hand over the source code, the domain, and the hosting access on launch day, with no claim on the work we already did. The build is yours, and it's free. The clock-start rules and the 24-hour pause rules are designed so the guarantee only fires if we miss our own commitment. If we do, you get a free site out of it.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo (or we can design one), a few paragraphs describing the business, a list of your services, contact details, and any photos of your team or work. If you are missing any of that we can write and source it for you, and we will tell you the price before any extra work starts.
What happens after launch?
The site is yours. You own the domain, the hosting, and the code. No monthly lock-in. If you want us to keep optimising it and running ads once Phase 2 starts, we can roll you into an AI Automation retainer, but there is zero obligation to do that.
Do you build in Afrikaans, isiZulu, or other SA languages?
Yes. The default build is English, but we can produce the site in any of the 11 SA official languages, or as a bilingual site if your customer base spans two. Language work is quoted separately from the base tier so the pricing stays transparent.
I've already got a website. Can you fix it instead of rebuilding?
Sometimes. If the current site is on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar, we can usually audit and fix it for less than a full rebuild. Book a free audit and we will tell you honestly whether to fix or rebuild.
