1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the We Own Leads website (weownleads.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

We Own Leads provides digital marketing services for South African SMEs and growing businesses, organised into three offer lines: website design and build (with SEO, Google Business Profile setup, and AI search optimisation included), AI Automation retainers (lead handling, follow-up automation, CRM hygiene, and reporting), and AI Systems (bespoke agentic infrastructure scoped per engagement). Paid advertising management is available as an extension to any active engagement. Specific service terms, deliverables, and timelines are set out in individual client service agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Fuelish (Pty) Ltd trading as We Own Leads and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

4. Lead Exclusivity

Leads generated through our campaigns are exclusive to the contracted client. We do not sell, share, or recycle leads to competing businesses within the same service area. Lead exclusivity terms are defined in individual client service agreements.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we strive for the best possible results, marketing outcomes depend on many factors including market conditions, competition, and budget. Past results and case studies do not guarantee future performance. All services are provided "as is" without warranty of specific results.

6. Limitation of Liability

Fuelish (Pty) Ltd trading as We Own Leads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Gauteng, South Africa. The Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) apply to our services where relevant.
