Who is AI Automation actually for?
Established SA SMEs and growing businesses that have a working website (ours or someone else's) and a real lead flow they're struggling to keep up with. If WhatsApp messages and form submissions go cold because nobody replied within 5 minutes, this is for you. If you're getting under 10 leads a month, you don't need this yet, you need more leads, which is what the Websites offer is for.
How does the outcome guarantee work?
We quantify the outcome in the discovery call against your specific business, recovered hours per week, leads handled autonomously, response time below a target, or a similar measurable. The number gets locked in writing before you pay a cent. From go-live, you have 60 days. If we don't hit the agreed outcome by day 60, we work for free until we do. The guarantee fires only on agreed metrics, not on shifting goalposts after the fact.
What's the difference between the three tiers?
Respond covers inbound, WhatsApp auto-reply, web chat, calendar booking. Right for SMEs receiving up to 30 leads per month. Standard adds outbound, email auto-reply with categorisation, CRM logging, daily digest. Right for 30 to 80 leads per month where a spreadsheet stops being viable. Pro adds the full follow-up engine, multi-channel sequences, lead scoring, full CRM with calendar/email/WhatsApp sync, and a weekly review call. Right for 80 to 200 leads per month where every leak is real money.
Do I need an existing CRM?
No. We can run on a simple Google Sheet at Respond tier, set up a lightweight CRM at Standard tier (HubSpot Free or similar), or integrate with your existing CRM at Pro tier (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Salesforce, custom, we're agnostic). The CRM is a tool, not the offer. The offer is the AI doing the work.
How long does setup take?
Respond tier: 5 to 7 business days from kickoff. Standard tier: 10 to 14 business days. Pro tier: 14 to 21 business days. The ranges are because of integration complexity, connecting to your existing systems takes longer than spinning up new ones. Setup time is separate from the 60-day outcome window, which only starts once the system is live and learning.
What if the AI gets it wrong?
Every workflow has a human-in-loop fallback for edge cases. The AI handles what it's confident about and escalates what it isn't. We monitor accuracy weekly and tune as new patterns appear. The system gets better the more it sees of your specific business, month 3 is materially better than month 1.
Can I cancel?
Yes, monthly. No 12-month lock-in. The system stays yours during the notice period (30 days). After cancellation, you keep your data, your CRM access, and any tools we set up under your accounts. The AI workflows are scoped to what you've licensed, so they switch off, but the infrastructure stays.
